Prices for this top of the range guest house are as competitive as you will find anywhere. Discounts are available for early booking and there is no extra charge for holidays taken during the European seasons. If you require the whole house, which sleeps 8, for a single party, we offer a discount of $150.

The table below shows the charges for each room and the whole house. To check availability for the coming months please view the calendar. Please check the dollar rate with your bank as this changes on a daily basis.

Once your booking is confirmed a 20% reservation deposit is payable, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable. Payment should be by cheque in sterling or dollars. Bookings made 6 months or more in advance attract a discount.
